As therapists, we believe that children and teens grow and heal most effectively when parents are actively involved in the counseling process. Family dynamics are explored collaboratively as issues are addressed and new skills and communication techniques are developed.  Additionally, we understand that for most children, their primary means of communication is through play. To facilitate the healing process, we use our play therapy rooms to provide a setting where children are most comfortable and are able to communicate, verbally or non-verbally, their feelings and concerns.
